In this release we improved the macro experience by displaying macro placeholder values when a comment is applied. We also fixed various bugs and made minor improvements.
‧ We heard your feedback about the inconvenience of seeing ticket fields but not the conditions between them, so with this update we’re bringing support for conditional ticket fields to the Android app.
‧ Now when you choose a ticket form, you’ll see associated conditional fields appear below it. This update enables visibility and use of conditional fields in the app. However, the fields need to be configured via the web.
